Always use notebook on a hard surface to prevent blocking cooling vents;

Never transport a notebook with any wires connected to it;

Never place anything heavy on top of the notebook; screen could crack;

Also remove any protruding PC CARDs when transporting;

Never transport in hibernate mode; always be sure notebook is OFF;

Drain battery WEEKLY to prolong its useful lifespan;

ONLY use the provided power pack;

Be extremely careful to avoid liquid spills; if one occurs disconnect power charger, and remove the battery immediately, then bring to our shop all hardware and the CDs and document pack.

Top should be opened and closed from the center or both sides at the same time, not from one side in order to prevent wear on the hinges.

If power connection becomes erratic, system should be brought in for evaluation immediately

Never wrap the power cables tightly around the power pack to prevent stress on the power cable connections to the power pack.

CD's & DVD's must be gently snapped onto the drive spindle, not just placed in the tray.

NOTE: USE DVD-R's and CD-R's for recording

Be sure your name and contact information is in your case or taped to a piece of paper on bottom of notebook in case it is misplaced.

NOTE: For recording, always use DVD-R and CD-R type discs.

Never install the program LIMEWIRE!!
